“Implementation of new regional product and production optimization by automation and integrating production system and undertaking promotional measures to June 2015”
The scope of the project:
The project is planned to purchase as well as install equipment and software which will enable integration and automation of production process, the purchase and implementation of sale system and store production. A new product- “Bystra” water in a glass bottle will be put into production. The project will be promoted by means of leaflets and information board. A new tourist product- factory tours- will be undertaken in the project.
The project timetable:
- The selection procedure of suppliers- February 2015 .
- Purchase and installation of equipment and software to enable the integration and automation of the production process as well as the purchase and implementation of sale system and management of production and store- from March to April 2015
- Implementation of a new product / „Bystra” water in the glass bottle / – from April to June 2015
- The purchase of promotional materials – May 2015
- Implementation of a new tourist product – factory tour- June 2015
The benefits associated with the project:
Implementation of the project will ensure company development and increase in its competitiveness in the local, regional and national levels. Thanks to the purchase of essential tangible assets as well as intangible and legal asset, the Company will be able to utilize fully the production capacity of its equipments. It will integrate and automate the entire production process, eliminating unnecessary downtime and reducing costs. The company will introduce to its offer new, prestigious product / water in glass screw-cap bottles /, for which demand is reported. Thanks to greater production capacity, improving management process and offering a new product, the company will generate higher income, eliminating company’s production cost. The investment will contribute positively to the development of entrepreneurship in the region. Quality service of the Jan III Sobieski Trial will be increased. The newly introduced product will promote the brand of Jan III Sobieski Trail. The project will improve the quality and increase the sales of local products – „Bystra” water. As a result of company development there will be less economic difference in between rural and urban centers. Moreover, it will result in the development of tourist subregion offer / entering one of the tourist product /. Every year the product of the applicant, with information about JIIS Trial included on the label, will go to hundreds of thousands customers, contributing to the dissemination of information about the brand of JIIIS Trail.
